Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Foundry Vineyards. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Foundry Vineyards are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Online orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, Foundry Vineyards is not able to ship to all states. Please contact the tasting room to see if we are currently able to ship to your state. If Foundry Vineyards is unable to ship directly to your state, wines can be picked up in the tasting room or sent through a third party though, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Foundry Vineyards.
Shipping Costs
FedEx Ground is Foundry Vineyards' carrier of choice. UPS Ground shipping can also be provided by UPS Ground at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects an alternative shipping method than FedEx Ground, discounts or promotions may not apply.
Please note
Delivery days for all shipments are estimates only. We are given an expected time in transit from the shipper but delays may occur from weather or other transit issues. We do not guarantee any delivery day. However, the shipper does make at least 3 delivery attempts before the shipment will go to the warehouse for pick-up. If you plan on picking the package up, please call the shipper directly. They will automatically send the package back to us if they do not hear from the recipient in a timely manner.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Foundry Vineyards strongly recommends holding shipments until weather improves. If customer requests shipping in adverse conditions, Foundry Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Corked or Damaged Wines
Foundry Vineyards will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. Please contact the tasting room at 509.529.0736 for return instructions.
